Cookies on Abonnement Goedkoop
Which cookies we use, what for, and how to change your choice.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your phone or computer. Some are needed to make the site work, others measure how the site is used. For the first kind we don't need to ask you anything. For the second only if you agree, and we ask you that with the notice at the bottom of the page.
Cookies that always work
These are needed for the site itself. You can't refuse them, and they don't track you.
- Session cookie: keeps your visit and the security of forms (such as the contact form and the price alert) together. Disappears when you close the browser or after a short time.
- Your cookie choice (
cookie-consent): remembers whether you accepted or refused cookies, so we don't ask again at every visit. This is only stored in your own browser. - Dark or light mode (
theme): remembers which mode you chose. Also only in your own browser. - Your language choice (
language): remembers which language you chose with the language switcher, so we don't redirect you to the other language again. Stays for 1 year at most.
Google Analytics cookies
We only place these if you click "Accept". If you refuse, we don't even load Google Analytics.
_ga: gives your browser a random number, so we can recognise a returning visitor. Stays for 2 years at most._ga_followed by a number: keeps track of which visit belongs to which session. Stays for 2 years at most.
We use the figures to see which pages are visited and where we can improve the site. The data goes to Google, which may also process it outside the European Union. You can read how Google handles it in Google's privacy policy.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. If you choose to refuse there, we stop measuring. Cookies that have already been placed you delete yourself in your browser's settings.
